Who can refer someone?
Anyone — existing clients, business associates, contractors, consultants, or members of the public. If you know someone who needs our services, you qualify.
When do I get paid?
Your reward is issued within 30 days of the referred client's project reaching completion and final payment.
Is there a limit on how many referrals I can submit?
No. You can submit as many referrals as you like, and each qualifying project earns a separate reward.
How is my reward calculated?
Rewards are tiered by project value: 5% on the first $25,000, 3% on the portion from $25,001 to $100,000, and 2% on anything above $100,000. The tiers stack, so a larger project always earns you more overall. For example, a $50,000 project earns $2,000 (5% of the first $25k plus 3% of the next $25k), and a $100,000 project earns $3,500.
What counts as a qualifying project?
Any new client project completed by KTS Solutions that originated from your referral — across structured cabling, fiber optics, security, Wi-Fi, data center work, or any other service.
What if the contact already knows KTS Solutions?
If they are not already an active client or in an ongoing sales discussion with us, your referral still qualifies. When in doubt, submit it and we will confirm eligibility.
